  • Ok! I am gradually losing again! My main focus on the weekend is to make sure I either exercise if I choose to eat a lot or to eat reasonable portions. 1. Eat healthy/ within calories 2. Exercise (primarially dance) 3. start doing abdominal exercises again
  • Well, I was over the same amount calorie wise and I'll probably do the same based off the routine that's happening. Today is the last day I'm not exercising so I've decided not to worry about it. 1. Eat healhty, eat withing range 2. Get enough sleep (been doing so really well!)
  • I ate about 200 calories over yesterday, but I don't think that's horrible. I won't be exercising today either. 1. Stay within calories, eat healthy (nicely planned out) 2. get enough sleep
  • I got sick and gained a pound as well, in total since this challenge I've gained about 3. I am pretty sure it's because I'm overeating as well as not exercising. So I'm going to go back to fitting some goals in. I'll try a calorie range that's low but still higher than what I used to eat at. If I want to eat more I'll need…
  • So I haven't set up some goals for a couple days to see what it would do. There isn't much of a change, but I am a bit more out of control with the eating so I'm reining that back in and I've stopped exercising completely. I have been really bad about the exercising this week except for last night (which caused me to lose…
  • Well, I hit a deer yesterday and it only took my side passenger mirror off. Also the deer survived which is a relief on my part. I overate yesterday and didn't exercise, though I did have a stress free walk. I'll be ice skating tonight which'll be fun. 1. Keep stress low 2. Eat healthy (partially doing an alright job at…
  • I was very unhealthy with dinner yesterday (lots and loooots of Chinese) and I didn't do the abdominal exercises. I've also learned that beginner yoga is too easy for me, so today we are going to try beginner II. 1. Eat healthy (planned that well today) 2. 1 hour yoga 3. abdominal exercise (done!) 4. 1 hour creative
  • I gained one pound so far, I keep on fluctuating from those 4 pounds. If I end up gaining anymore without loosing fat I'll know for sure this experiment isn't working.
  • I was horrible with the healthy choices this weekend, but I'm getting back on track today. Today is going to be a bit if an easy day as far as exercise because I have my boyfriend joining me in yoga tonight. 1. Eat healthy 2. abdominal exercises 3. 1 hour yoga 4. 1 hour of creative
  • Alright! Still doing good! I won't be doing the new routine for the next couple of days because of plans. Tonight: dancing at a club! Tomorrow: going to a retro game con! I should do more abdominal exercises at some point though. Stress and lack of sleep are both becoming a problem again so gotta nip that in the butt this…
  • I'm looking forward to Dragon age and Ori the Blind Forrest. I think Ori is supposed to come out next year though so it may not count (at least for the Xbox 360). Dragon age because of its story and it reminds me of Mass Effect which I enjoyed greatly and Ori for its visual style.
  • I'm still on track and doing good so far. Ice skating killed my ankles a little because the shoes were a little too lose but it was a lot of fun! I have Salsa tonight so I'm looking forward to that! 1. Eat healthy (planned out again!) 2. abdominal crunches (I don't think I'm doing these today, but I'll add them on there…
  • Ok! I met my goals again so I think I may be on the right track! But, I did end up doing more Zumba with my boyfriend instead of Yoga, but I'm ok with that since I was moving either way. I'm going ice skating later tonight so I'm not sure if I'll be exercising or not. Should be fun though! 1. Eat healthy (all planned out…
  • I'd like to lose another 10 pounds but I won't be heartbroken if it doesn't happen as this stuff takes time. I successfully lost 10 pounds from the previous challenge with dieting and dancing. I've learned that limiting my food intake to 1,200 is very unhealthy for my body type. So I've dropped the calorie limit and am…
  • Alright! I was able to follow my goals with the exception of I exercised a little bit less than planed. But, I wore myself out so much I knocked out sometime between 8:30 and 9pm O.O. 1. Eat healthy (all planned out today!) 2. Try to do the whole hour of yoga 3. abdominal exercises (Done!)
  • I've gotten pretty unmotivated to continue with my goals lately. I've stopped the diet thing completely and health wise I'm doing much better. But, I still need to focus on eating healthy and making sure I don't overindulge which is easy to do now that I'm not so strict. I'm also planning to do more yoga instead of…
  • I've been struggling to keep my goals as far as exercise. I'm finding good ways of eating healthy without starving myself though. But, I have a clearer path now that I'll try and follow more gently. My biggest goal is to get myself to start doing some abdominal exercises. Goals: 1. Zumba! 2. Stay in the 1,400 range 3. Eat…
  • I have overraten by a large margin today, yesterday and probably tomorrow. I've also been pretty unhealthy about it, but I'm just going to continue with where I was last week. So same goals: 1. Eat Healthy 2. Exercise (this one is the most important, I'll really need to work off what I've gained this weekend.)
  • It's underneath the announcement tabs, above the forum links.
  • I'm still experimenting with the amount of food I've been eating. My weight is still fluctuating between those 4 pounds. So, I'm still keeping my goals simple: 1. Eat healthy 2. Exercise
  • I'm fine with keeping Sunday as weigh-in day. I am fine with 12/28 or 12/31 for the final weigh-in date. I just think we should keep the challenge in the same year. That way we really start with a clean slate next year.
  • My weight's kinda all over the place at the moment I'll lose 4 pounds and gain it back, but I am (or close) to the weight I hoped to be. So for now I'm going to let it be and keep on moving forward. My diet is not agreeing with my body so well (I'm thinking either too much fiber or too little food) and my exercises are…
  • I am one pound over from being at my goal weight. It seems I should drop that extra I wanted to loose, it's a challenge trying to stay at my goal weight! But, I am close so it's good!
  • Tonight we are going out to eat to a Mexican restaurant that is only open 'till Nov. So, I'll be overeating a lot. Tonight and tomorrow will be focused on burning off the excess I'll be eating tonight. It'll be fun! 1. Drink a lot of water 2. Try not to overeat too much 3. Dance like crazy
  • I am willing to continue as well! I would also agree to start a new challenge on New Years to kind of start off fresh. We could have a new challenge that goes through Thanksgiving and Christmas as a kind of it's ok to be bad, but you still need to be mindful to work it off during that time to kind of aid in starting the…
  • I have decided to add another goal and lose another 5 pounds before Halloween. Halloween night I'll probably be bad food-wise. 1. Drink only water 2. Stay in calorie range 3. Kick butt in Salsa tonight
  • Well, I've gained about 3 pounds but I don't mind because I'm only a pound away from my goal weight and I've already surpassed it last week and I know I can do it gain. I want to surpass my weight even more. This past week I had a lot of trouble because of work, on Thursday alone I put in a 16 hour work day and my diet…
  • I got really sick last week so I couldn't retain much food and I barely exercised. I think that's why I lost the weight I did, but I'm going to try and keep it off. It seems like just eating at my calorie limit and not eating back so much of my exercise calories is doing the trick. So I'm going to try the same stuff I was…
  • I'm off to a good start again, I think I may have lost some water weight. My goals for today: 1. Under eat a little to prepare for Friday's meal 2. Drink only water 3. Exercise like crazy 4. Catch up on more sleep (first day this week I didn't need coffee)
