I try to do something every day 30-75 minutes. Always switching things up, so I don’t get bored. Zumba, Kettlebell, Circuit training, Volleyball, Stair climber etc..

I have six kids I can't afford to buy that stuff at what they charge!! So I let the kids bring, bottled water, a healthy snack, and one treat...... Yep a huge purse :)

Love when he comes home dirty and in his work clothes. Also love it when he just has a plain white t-shirt and nice jeans on.

My daughters are 13 and 12 now and I let them start wearing makeup when they were 10ish. They don’t wear a lot, just some foundation and mascara, light shadow. I guess it didn’t and don’t bother me. Wearing makeup didn’t change their attitudes or make them think they were more grown up. They are very responsible girls.

My older brothers would shoot at things around me with the BB gun to scare the crap out of me.

I have six kids, I had my 1st when I was 19, and my last at 31. I wanted to have all my kids right away, so I could be able to enjoy my grandkids for a long time. :smile: ( I am only 32 now and my oldest is 12) Hoping no grandkids for awhile though!!!

Thanks for the advice! I will check around with some of the fitness places here and see if they would offer some kind of punch card etc so they can access the pool. Chicken salad made with spinach or regular lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a light dressing. It’s fast and easy. I let the little ones put the lettuce on the plates, one does the tomatoes etc…. They have fun getting it all ready and serving it.

I have the same issue, the weekend kill me. But this past weekend I did it (first time in a very long time). I stayed under my calorie goal!! So you can do this!!!!! Just plan a head before going out to dinner :smile:
