Went to the beach Sunday and was able to take off my shirt and not feel like a beached whale

Congrats! I remember what a good feeling that was to finally be in the 200s! Keep it up!!

Went to Vegas this past weekend and I can not hold my liquor anymore. But I was able to walk miles on end. Didn't hit the buffet or think about food all day. Got hit on several times (been forever). And I broke even. I will have to go back when its not freezing (always cold) and after I hit my target weight!

I don't need an extension for my seatbelt on the plane I can put the try down on the flight and have it not rest on my belly I don't have to request a table instead of a booth. I can fit in them now!! :smiley:

I have always hated "Big Guy", might as well call me fat *kitten*. I will be a big person even when I get to my goal Just built that way. Congats on your progression!

I usually do less than 1200. I eat the same thing everyday 80 calorie yogurt and a cup coffee for breakfast. 190 Calorie Frozen Meal with 2 cups of frozen Cauliflower 65 Calories (three cups if feeling hungry) and repeat for dinner. Rice cakes for snacks. If I get hungry at night I will add salad or soup. But rarely feel…

I just had the same problem. I was walking down the hall at work and my pants dropped to the ground. I am on the last hole of the belt and its too big now. Time to cut it again.

Nothing!!!! Someone stole my yogurts out of the refrigerator. My 80 calories of yuk but it is what I eat for breakfast and they were gone!!
