Hi all, Day 1 - week 1 - not sure how I feel about IP yet but hope that it works. Is it normal to have like one Restricted food per day to begin with? Hope you are all doing well. Keep at it bec it is bound to happen. I find it hard because I like to have fruit but this diet prohibits it.
