I am loving the Atkins Advantage products, the shakes keep me so full. I pair that with some chicken or black forest ham deli meat (2-4 slices) in the morning and I stay VERY full.... also their peanut butter cups and chocolate coconut bars are AWESOME!!!!!!!

My hunger has not been an issue this whole week since I'm trying to eat a lot more protein and cut down on my carbs..... works for me. I'm gonna start today too... I've been doing it but not everyday (didn't know I had to). I agree with eating half and saving the rest.... first you get what you want, then still have some for another time... and you get to practice self control which we all need. Depriving yourself will only lead to worse things in the long run. I have done sooooo much better not worrying about every little thing. I lost 4lbs…

I love it, and it was pretty tough on my body but in a good way, I'm gonna try and do it everyday unless my body tells me not to. Right now I'm very sore but to me that means something is working :)

I'm a young mother of 4 children and they are GREAT kids, very rarely give me anything to stress about, but I still find myself sitting on the couch, depressed and snacking a lot I had a great week last week of eating good and working out a lot…

My birthday is June 5th, I'll be 27 :( I wasted so many of my younger years being overweight..... I haven't been totally comfortable with myself in over 8 or 9 years, since way before I got married. I'd like to loose 10 lbs. by my birthday. With some motivation I think I could do it :)
