I like the part where everything is totally made up.

Nuts- I like almonds or pistachios, string cheese, beef jerky, small amounts of pate, peanut butter, crab sticks, pork rinds, cottage cheese (nice with a bit of honey, or hot sauce) Greek yoghurt, boiled eggs, edmame, tins of tuna.

As long as it's not sleazy, or screamed at me as I'm trying to walk down the street, I generally find it to be a nice thing. Honestly, the best compliments for me have always been about non physical things- when somebody has called me smart or funny or kind. Those ones make me happiest

Should add that is for two people, and we will probably have leftovers

I'm making this tomorrow night if you want to steal it. Starter Spicy Tuna Cucumber Bites 150ishg of raw tuna finely diced. (You could use tinned stuff if you wanted to. I have and it still tastes good) One large cucumber 1.5 tbsp of mayo/Greek yoghurt Garlic powder to taste Sririacha/other hot sauce to taste. Dried nori…

Oh I'm not denying it can be done, and I think it's great that you've been able to direct it in a way that doesn't result in additional obsessions or anything like that. But it is a real gamble, and if don't think it makes good general advice for the majority of sufferers.

Sorry, but as someone who does have OCD, I have to say I strongly disagree with this. Because there are possibly people reading this thread who maybe don't have a lot of experience with OCD- I want to clarify something that could help understand why I have a problem with "trying to use it to your advantage" OCD isn't…

I'm eating whatever I like Christmas Day, but it will be business as usual every other day

Mountain bread ranges from 60-80 cal I believe.

The marshmallows. I really like marshmallows. Would you rather be immortal or die in a year?

You can't spot tone/reduce. If you aren't already lifting I would suggest adopting a lifting routine. Strong lifts 5x5 is a good start.

Hangs out in a large grassy field. May or may not be a wise goat herder.

Owns at least two chairs.

...I sneak into people's houses and rearrange their vegetable crisper. I got the magic in me, everything I touch it....

Not so gorgeous with a sense of humour for sure. The worst date I ever had was with a total Adonis of a guy who was the dullest person I ever met. Would you rather drink a pint of salt water, or snort a pint of milk?

It depends on your serving sizes, but muesli is quite calorie dense, so likely. If you are a volume eater and are struggling with limiting yourself, you need to at least pick lower calorie options like vegetables or egg whites

If you're into something adventurous- bungee jumping, zorbing, parasailing, take a ride in a stunt plane/race car etc For something less scary, get a nice professional picture taken, swim with dolphins, get a makeover, hire out a limo and be fancy all over town Experience voucher websites are good for this kind of thing

Any raw vegetable + Greek yoghurt/mustard/sririacha/hommus/tzatziki to dip Kimchi. For real. I don't know why more people don't go for this. Super low calorie, tasty, and really really good for you Cheese sticks Home made spinach or kale chips Beef jerky Crab sticks

I use mountain bread. It gives a very thin and crispy base but I like it. You might too, and it's only 70cals per sheet

For overall weight loss, calories are what matter in the end. You could eat low carb, high carb, high fat, high protein etc but you aren't going to change the laws of physics. Expend more energy than you consume and you will deplete your fat stores. That being said, I eat fairly low carb. Aside from a small amount of bread…

Glass box, provided it was safety checked or something. Would you rather be able to lift twice as much weight as you can now, or run twice as fast?

250ml.

Or an actual hamster wheel, If that's what you use for exercise. Which would be pretty cool

Oh come on, lighten up! There isn't anything wrong with admitting you're not a saint and that you miss and crave less than healthy foods. It's a fun and interesting thing to discuss.

Chocolate. Covered. Pretzels. Also Cinnabun. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing that we don't have it in Australia. But anytime I'm somewhere that you can get it, damn, they better be ready for me.

Keep some sliced ham and cheese from the deli in the fridge. Grab some of that and a bag of lettuce leaves and have lettuce wraps.

Any raw vegetable- I like asparagus, radish, celery, cucumber or carrot- dipped in mustard, or sriracha, or balsamic Kimchi. All of the kimchi. (30ish calories per 100gm) Miso soup (I buy a packet one that is around 20 cal) Boiled eggs. A little higher than raw vegetables for a snack, but I find them very satisfying.…
