  • I've had my Mirena for almost 3 years. Any weight gain was totally my own doing. I've been with MFP for a few months now and am finally below my pre-pregnancy weight from my 2nd child. (I can't even remember what I weighed before my first kid. Let's just say that I never really lost the weight between pregnancies.)
