I want to be sure I am using the calorie burned correctly. According to MFP with jazzercise and my walking I burned 1089 calories but my fitbit said my calories burned for the day was 1965. I have been using the MFP numbers but should I be using my fitbit numbers instead? thank you

Hey there I do not believe you should put your child on a leash. They are not animals they are children. You should be able to handle your child when you are out. When my 3 children were little they were either in a stroller or when they got little older we all held hands. They knew how to behave and they had to stick with…

You tell them girl! I totally agree with you. I work 45-50 hours a week and I would like to enjoy my weekends and just relax but if so my house would not get clean. Do I sweat when I clean? Sure I do, just like when I exercise. So yes it counts!:smile: Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
