I'm 5'10" and my first goal was 160. Now that I'm 6.5 lbs away from that, I'm instead aiming for my undergrad weight of 150, when I actually felt good about how I looked. At one point, I got down to 146 which was too low with my large frame. I want to be toned and strong, so I may settle out above 150 in the end.

Check to all of the above! I don't have before and afters yet, but hopefully soon. I'll try to come back to this post at that point. I laugh at the low end of my projected "healthy" BMI--125 lbs. I'm 5'10" and at my thinnest ever in undergrad, which was TOO thin, I was 146 lbs.

1. People are starting to notice--got great compliments from two different people this week! 2. Bought a pair of size 10 jeans this weekend! 3. Dress pants that I haven't been able to wear for 2 years are now loose! 4. Belt is on the last hole. 5. Can see some muscle definition in arms. 6. Completed Day 2 of my 10K…

I was just researching this. You don't need the special Nike shoes--you just buy a special little pouch for the sensor that attaches to your laces.
