I absolutely hate birth control as well, side effects are awful for me, wish I could forgo forever. Although I am aware of my ovulation cycles I'm not confident enough to rely on that...nor do I want to tell my man to get snipped lol. It's a sad world for us women.

Genetics, age, no matter, either way it will get thinner as you do. Don't get caught up on it to much either way as you may be disappointed when you get to your ideal size and realize that you still have chubby cheeks or a Fuller face. No big deal, most likely you will be the only person to notice and judge.

I do exercise while sore, but focus on a different area of my body. However if i have been sore for a few days and have rotated back to that area I might as well since it has had a few days of recovery at least already. Great progress so far btw.
