Just finished D23 L3 - phew it's getting a bit better now. I took my measurements this morning and i have lost an inch this week off my tummy and also weirdly an inch off my lower arms. The planks must be doing that!!! How is everyone else doing? Still going straight only 7 more days to go for me!!

Just finished D23 L3 and this level is beginning to feel better for me. I find the first 3 or 4 days of each level are tough then it starts to get easier. Still going straight and i took my measurements - i've lost an inch off my waist this week - Yay!!

Just finished Day 21 - first day of Level 3 and yikes was it tough. I am really tired today so was flagging a bit and i wore my HRM and it said only 161 cals burnt. I'm hoping the more i do of level 3 the easier it will get. I thought my arms were going to fly off doing jumping jacks with weights!!!!

Sorry to hear this, i had the same problem last year and the only thing to help was rest. You can do the shred anytime, do make sure you rest and recover :) I've just finished day 21 and today was my first day of Level 3 - man was it hard, i was sweating so much but only burnt 161 calories according to my HRM.

Yeh I have had the same pains but i think it's just lower ab muscles that i am not used to exercising. I can't wait to move up to Level 3 now. Just finished Day 19 only one more day then up to level 3. Good job everyone!!

I have just finished Day 16 (lvl 2) it's getting easier now and i learnt today that if i keep my feet together during the v' moves im ok with them. I log mine as 30 Day shred cardio and according to my heart rate monitor i burnt 182 cals during level 1 and 225 during level 2, but this is obviously taken from my own weight…

@jenni268 - think you are making a wise decision if you have a niggly injury - you don't want to injure yourself for a long time. I just finished Day 15 Level 2 - half way now only 15 more to go. Can't wait for level 3 though, im getting bored of level 2 now. Excellent work everyone :)

I'm mostly doing the modified versions at the moment i think that's why i find it ok, i have a neck injury so have to be careful with any planks or i put my neck out again.
