  • vita coco - coconut water. Loaded with potassium. Here's the nutrition information. http://vitacoco.com/wp-content/themes/VitaCocoH5/nutrition-info/pure-nutrition.pdf I use it for recovery, electrolites, potassium, some carbs/sugars. I usually drink one after workout and then one later in the day. I think it is just great.
  • Heart Rate Monitor is a must. You'll be very glad you got it when you know exactly how many calories you are burning. Dean
  • Depends on your current fitness level. Do the tests they provide in the paperwork. If you are truly unsure then start with Lean. Keep Pushing Play!!!
  • Create the exercises yourself and track calories burned manually with a HRM. I just ordered a Polar FT7, cannot wait to get it. I have been estimating my workouts conservatively until I get the HRM. Good luck and keep pushing play.
  • Love it!!! Just keep pushing play.
  • Love the Fage 2% Greek yogurt with the fruit on the side. Only 130 calories and delicious. Also has 10g of protein.
  • I've been through P90X once already. This time I am concentrating on using MFP to really lose some weight and get into shape.
