Stick with it, if you are eating right and doing the workouts the weight will come off, not to worry. Also do measurements, sometimes the scale does not give you the whole picture. Regards,

1 scoop or packet of Shakeology Chocolate with 1 tbs of natural peanut butter, 10 oz of water and 5 ice cubes blended for a great desert or breakfast or snack. 220 calories with 22 grams of protein. Use more ice to make it thicker. Awesome....

Look into Power 90. I was the only one who mentioned this. You can do it!!!! BRING IT!
-
Look into Power 90 from beachbody. it's a 90 day program but works everything. It is what P90X was born from. Tony Horton is a great motivator and it till get you in shape. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Regards.
-
your best bet is to get a Heart Rate Monitor with a strap that will give you a realistic estimate for how many calories you are burning throughout each P90X routine. Please let me know if you have any questions I am here to help. Regards!
-
High Impact Aerobics was a good gauge for me until I got my HRM. The numbers were pretty close on most days compared to the HRM but that is best way to do it. After you get a HRM then you create the exercises and put in the calories burned from there. Please let me know if you have any other questions I may help you with.…

I agree, you want to start with P90X not do both at the same time especially being new to these. These are extreme workouts not your typical do at home workout program. Make sure you seek advice as appropriate and keep pushing play. BRING IT!
-
Keep pushing play and look at the lean version, you can always do the classic version which i recommend and just use the 12-15 rep rule to make you more lean versus the 8-10 reps to give you more mass. All of the cardio for P90X is great to use as part of the program or to supplement your other workouts. Remember to BRING…

If you did a 6 mile run/walk then you could have done plyo, always push play, do your best and forget the rest. Bring it!

I agree with the rest of the folks, a HRM will do the trick. I have the POLAR FT7 and I LOVE it! Dean
