Tired of the same weight and now I am getting the love handles and belly, that is a no, no!!! I am already a naturally shapely women who realizes that certain parts are not going any where just tones and lifts. So I will be happy to say bye bye to the chicken wing on my arm & the love handles to hold. My birthday is my goal.
