My Mom passed away and I didn't know how to cope with it. All I did was eat the pain away, gained over 100 lbs. Just looking for the support to help me continue to change this dangerous life style.

I don't know if I necessarily think it helps me loose fat faster, but all I do know is that when I am wearing one I sweat A LOT more! Because I sweat more I do think I get a better workout than if I workout without. Hope that helped! :)
