I don't have that problem with my S.O. but my friends seem to be the issue! Whenever I try to tell them I'm trying to eat healthy, they badger me and make me feel guilty about it. Maybe just try talking to him and let him know how serious you really are about wanting to lose weight and eat healthy :)

I'm about 5'3" 1/2, my ultimate goal weight would be around 105-110.
