I'm on level three of 30 day shred and although I've only lost a couple of lbs (1lb a week as set by MPF) I feel so much better about my arm muscles and abs for example. Stick with it!! I also find that if I let myself get too hungry all I think about is cake! So I always make sure I'm never hungry; I take snacks to work, always eat breakfast and eat after a workout, have healthy snacks on hand... which just takes the edge of cravings because you know it's not real hunger. Those girls do look mighty skinny! But are obviously very fit and toned. I am 22 and currently 179lbs (down from 190lbs last year) and hope to get down to 154. (Similar to the post above me!)
