It depends on the type of exercising you do. If you weight train than you shouldn't work the same things every day, say legs one day arms and chest the next than alternate. I haven't done the Zumba on the Kinect but have done the Dance Central and loved it. I have been going to regular Zumba classes for about 4-5 months and love them. They are so much fun. I'm not always hungry when I first get up either. When that happens I opt for a juice size glass of skim milk and a piece of fruit or a glass of juice and a small handful of almonds.

Here a few of my quick breakfasts: -1/2 whole wheat English muffin 1 tbsp 2% cottage cheese (add some sliced strawberries, yum) -Fat free yogurt with 1 tbsp dried oatmeal and fruit of choice mixed together I also make smoothies and add 1-2 tbsp ground flax seeds.

I'm 5"6.5 my goal weight now is 150 since I'm starting at 183. After having my babies the lowest I've gone is 138 and that was too hard to maintain. So at 40 years old I'd be thrilled to get to 145 but 150 will be easier to maintain.
