Mine would be a book: "Professional Visual Studio 2010." If the zombies are fellow computer geeks, I could fascinate them so they wouldn't wanna kill me. If they're not, I could bore them into submission.

Don't compare your 10 to someone else's 100. This isn't a competition or a race. Your 10 is FANTASTIC for you, and that's what's important. Great going! Congrats on reaching the first milestone along the way! Enjoy it, and enjoy the rest of them until you get where you wanna be. :)

That's the plan for "real life," but I'm talking about the goal weight that people set on this site for the number they're hoping to reach. But yes, what you said is exactly what I'm planning on doing: getting past 190, never going over 190 again, but shooting for 185 as my "goal." The 185-190 window is where I'm planning…

Eh, I don't care. It was clearly an exaggeration to make the point that I've lost a good bit of weight. Nothing to be upset about.

Gotta cast my vote for boy shorts. Sexy as hell. A little coverage is a good thing. Gives you something to look forward to. :)

Today I will go to the gym on my lunch break. I was gonna skip it because of a headache this morning, but that's going away, and I don't wanna use it as a weak excuse to not go. Also: Today I will devote my evening to my dog. I've been busy lately and not giving him the attention he deserves. So, there'll be no TV or…

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much! :)

Congratulations! Great job. And great haircut. :)

Only one??? That's just cruel... Okay: "American Beauty." That's the one. Or "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." Or "Airplane!" Or "Chasing Amy." Or "The Sandlot." Or "Saw." This is making my brain hurt...

I used to use the treadmill all the time, but after I jacked up my lower back on the racquetball court, running was outta the question for a while. The constant pounding was far too painful. So, I switched to the elliptical. At first, it was tough for me. I don't know if it was just because I was standing wrong, because I…

True story. I've been a 44A for years.

A lighter version? Do you have a link to the recipe or can you post it? What makes it lighter? Thanks! :)

Where something good happens that's not a lower number on the scale. Looser clothes, having to punch another hole in the belt, etc.

I've been wondering the same thing. Had chicken on Tuesday and salmon last night. Thinking either chicken or tilapia. Then again, I might make my world-famous chicken/cheese enchiladas. Mmmmm...

I find few things funnier than when people use words wrong. They try to sound more intelligent than they are by using big words and come across looking like complete morons. :)

SO glad to see this! I've worn one pair of jeans for a week for a while now, and never saw it as a big deal. I mean, I sit at a desk all day, so it's not like I'm getting them sweaty or dirty. I talked to a friend about this a couple of weeks ago, and she thought it was gross. Glad to see I'm not alone!

Somewhere in-between, actually. But if those are the only choices you're allowing in this game (and I do loves me these kindsa games), I'd go for the Jennifer Lopez type. * * Answer subject to change without prior notice, depending on my mood at the time.

How it's been: 6:30: Alarm goes off. I hit the snooze button, pet my dog and go back to sleep. 6:39: Alarm goes off, I hit the snooze button, pet my dog and go back to sleep. 6:48: Alarm goes off, I say "dammit...", turn the alarm off, pet my dog and get up. 6:49-7:30: Put the dog out, shower, make breakfast, feed the dog,…

You're in black and white.

...smokes. ...lies. ...is personality-free. ...is boring. ...refuses to let go of the past. ...can't or won't communicate, preferring to stay closed-up. ...is paranoid. ...is jealous. ...can't handle the fact that I've got a lotta female friends. ...is a dog-hater. Oh, this list could go on and on. Maybe this explains why…

West Mifflin, here! Just outside of Pittsburgh near Kennywood Park.

And there she goes! :)

I've only met one person from MFP, and am glad I did. It's great to find new people in the area to do stuff with. We'll probably continue biking from time to time (as long as she can keep up, that is), and maybe do other stuff. I'll now sit back and wait to see if she sees this and responds to my "if she can keep up"…

I sure as hell HOPE not... ;)

I would NEVER make any recommendations on how to raise or lower a resting heart rate. If yours is higher than you'd like it to be, talking to a doctor is the first thing you should do. Having said that, it's pretty common knowledge that exercise strengthens the heart, and a stronger heart doesn't need to beat as many times…

Gonna be easy for me today. I typically burn a little over 500 during my lunchtime visit to the elliptical, and I'm playing racquetball tonight, which should easily burn another 800+.

I honestly don't have a clue. But I do know this: I have no taste whatsoever in men's clothes, so I'm gonna recruit several of my female friends to go shopping with me. The rules will be simple: Pick out stuff that I'd look good in, throw it in the shopping cart and I'll buy it. I just hope I pick women with taste this…

Go Bry!!! :)

BIG-TIME! Send her my way. I'm single, but accepting applications, and something tells me that a woman like that would go to the top of the list.

Sweet! Love the idea. And I have just the disgusting "before" pic in mind. :)
