I took off a decent amount of weight several years back with nothing but eating right and walking. I was dealing with some kind of injury (forget what), and put on some weight. I wasn't able to run for a while, but walking regularly helped big time. So, yes, it IS exercise.

Abso-freakin-lutely! Yes, the health thing matters. Yes, I like that I perform better at everything I do when my weight is lower. But when I'm 185-190 instead of 210-215? Excuse the vanity, boys and girls, but this looks goooood. ;)

I just pre-entered my food for tomorrow and adding something as simple as a bagel thin with peanut butter and an apple got me a good bit higher. I also changed my "lose 1.5 a week" to "lose 1 a week." This will be easier than I thought. :) Thanks again, all!

Always. Breakfast fills me up, and I eat less over the course of the day. If I skip breakfast, I find myself eating a big dinner or being hungry later on at night.
