On my lunch breaks, I usually do 33 minutes on the elliptical. After work, I either lift or do 30 minutes on the treadmill. I also play a lotta racquetball which is GREAT cardio. That's just my regular stuff. I'll also mix in some Ultimate Frisbee, rollerblading, biking, tennis, etc. Anything that gets my body moving makes…

Our posts overlapped. My answer was to "Has a bad *kitten* side." And no, I don't have big boobs. :) Heh... People would say "true" because of my cool haircut, but it's false. No bad *kitten* side, here. Is going "commando" today.

All I want for Valentine's Day this year is a safe drive to Connecticut to see my daughter and for her to deliver a healthy baby the next day. Thanks for the reminder, btw. Gotta order her some chocolate covered strawberries from Edible Arrangements. Those things are like crack to her. :)

CONGRATULATIONS on being proud of what you've got! I love it when women are proud of the so-called "damage" that was done to their bodies from having kids. Best of luck in making the changes you wanna make! :)

SO easy. Travel to the past to change something. This whole "my experiences made me who I am" crapola is just that...crapola. I'd still be me with a few changes to my past, only a happier me. Would you rather eat like a pig for a week and exercise harder to counter it, or take a week off from exercising but have to be…

33 minutes on the elliptical at lunchtime. 34 minutes of lifting after work (back/triceps) 23 minutes of walking my dog

I see nothing wrong with it at all. And no, that's not my "I'm a guy and like looking at hot girls in bikinis" side saying that (although that side of me DEFINITELY exists). That's just my honest opinion. If someone works hard to make their body the way they want it to be, then they shouldn't have any reservations about…

Some frozen berries (either blueberries or a triple-berry blend), skim moo, some fat-free plain yogurt, and a scoop of whey. I'm actually drinking one right now. Good stuff, lemme tell ya.

Yeah. That. I dropped the first 26 pretty easily and quickly, then got stuck. I restarted this past Monday and now have 10-15 to go. I'm hoping to be there by the start of April. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed.

Yes (but replace "boyfriend" with "girlfriend"). :) Have you ever let one out and blamed the dog?

Are Mila Kunis, Rachel McAdams or Kristen Bell on MFP? If so, then them.

This happens WAY too often. And it's always the old dudes. Old dudes LOVE to show you their junk. Weird...

Simple...I haven't yet met someone who's made me wanna stop being single. I'm accepting applications, however. :)

Wow. If I had to guess, I'd say it was early 2004. It was that November that I crept up over 200 for the first time. Until last fall (when I discovered MFP), I'd been in the 215-220 area with an all-time high of 236. I recently dipped down under 200 and have been hovering around 198-201 for the past couple of months. This…

1) I would play racquetball all day, every day if I had the time. 2) I live in a big football town (Pittsburgh), but couldn't care less about the sport. I'm a baseball guy all the way. I'd rather watch the Pirates lose a spring training game than watch the Steelers win a Superbowl. 3) My company is about to be sold, so…

Simple: Jeans and a t-shirt. Although, I may start dressing a little better two months and 15 pounds from now. But then again, I probably won't. :)

That's gonna make dating difficult...

Jam-packed. (Yes, hyphenated words count as just one word.) :)

I'm sweetie-free, but will be spending Valentine's Day in Connecticut with my two favorite valentines, my daughter and her daughter. And on the very next day, my daughter will be delivering her second daughter. So, I'll get a third valentine. No complaints here. :)

Sara: DEFINITELY Whitney Cummings. I was sitting here trying to place it, and when someone else said it, I actually yelled, "YEAH! Whitney Cummings!" out loud. :)

I'm not at all anonymous. I understand the very sensible reason to protect one's identity online, but I'd rather not worry about the bad things in life that will probably never happen anyway. I'd rather leave myself open to the good people in the world and letting them into my life.
-
Given those options, I've usually been the dumper. Although, more often than not, things just kinda ran their course and the relationship came to an end of its own volition rather than one person dumping the other.

Yes, we're very alike. Except for me, it's Oreos. I've done that very same thing with Oreos. Man, I can destroy some Oreos... This also reminds me of the last time I bought a box of Ho-Ho's. There are ten in a box. I got home, opened the box and grabbed one. I saw how small the were and figured, "Eh...I'll just grab two."…

Oh, how I wanted to make that book fly... :)
-
I'm not much of a reader to begin with, so I haven't read many books in my life. But the worst one I've ever read was "Song of Solomon." I was forced to read it in college. In a nutshell, it's about a boy who wishes he could fly. I'll save you the long and oh-so-boring details, but that's the gist of it...a boy who wishes…

This isn't just one day, but something I do typically whenever I slip: When I want some junk, I can't choose just one kind. I want ALL kinds. If I'm in the supermarket and decide I'm gonna cheat a little, I can't pick between Zingers, chocolate milk, potato chips, dip and ice cream. So, what do I do? I get Zingers,…

The most beautiful woman on the planet (imho, of course) is Rachel McAdams.

No argument here. :)

Sadly, WAY too long ago to remember. WWTLTY got in your car and drove somewhere with no particular destination in mind?
