Is this because the models are getting thinner or because the "average woman" is getting bigger? Probably a little of both, but since our country has been getting fatter as a whole, I would assume it's probably the latter more than the former.

I keep mine pretty simple. I add walnuts and blueberries. I've been making Quaker Instant Brown Sugar & Cinnamon flavor, but wanna switch over to the plain kind.

I only took one spinning class and it thoroughly kicked my rump. It's so weird how different exercises can do that to you. I mean, I can play two hours of racquetball and feel fine, but just five minutes into that spinning class, and I wanted to sneak outta the room and hope nobody noticed. I definitely wanna try it again…

Drinking a lotta water is easy for me. I've done that long before I started on MFP. I'm almost constantly with a glass of water or iced green tea. So, whatever the recommended amount is, I guarantee I'm way over it. I'm putting a lotta wear and tear on my shoes, though, with all the trips to the men's room. :)

I use Skype every once in a while to talk to my daughter who lives eight hours away. I love that I'm able to actually see her instead of just hearing her voice. Every time we talk on Skype, I wanna go find the guy who invented it and give him a high-five. :)

Mine is how many people say they wanna "loose" weight instead of "lose" weight. I know misspellings are all over the Internet (their/they're/there, your/you're, etc.), but this one is rampant on MFP. And when you're a proud member of the Spelling Police, it really stands out. :)

I do a lotta my week's preparations on Sundays. Some things are very easy to prepare ahead of time and use through the week. It's got something like 350 calories and 25 grams of protein. And best of all, it fills me up big-time. I'm good to go for the rest of the afternoon after one of these.

I always struggled to choke down regular tuna. Someone turned me onto albacore since it wasn't as "tuna"-y. I don't mind the taste or the smell at all, so I stuck with it. Not sure how much mercury is in there or how much is too much, though. But I'll definitely look into it!
