Those are both great ideas. Right now I try to put a smiley face (that I draw) on my pocket calender that I carry in my purse. Well Sunday and Monday was pretty bad and lazy but Tuesday I walked on my treadmill and did the rolling hills program on level 2. Thought I was going to die when it went up to 4.5 speed. but I made it through. And feel so much better today that I did it. :tongue:

Love reading how much everyone is working out. I have to say that on Friday, sat and sun I was pretty lazy I had the grandbaby all weekend and did not do much of anything. BUT today is a new week and I will be at it again. Going to shoot for 12,000 steps every day this week. I CAN DO THIS. I so want a new pair of jeans!

I bought mine off of Amazon and yes I think it is pretty close to accurate. on 9/3/13 I walked on my treadmill for an hour got 10,000 steps in and did day 1 of the ABS and Squat challange. on 9/4/13 I went to a step areobic class and got 10,000 steps in and did day 2 of the ABS and Squat Challange. Just gotta keep it up tonight.

I did day 4 last night level 1. The jumping jacks are getting easier for me I think. I still can't do the push ups. I try to do maybe one or two but just cant do anymore. But I am still trying. I think my knee is getting better not as sore as it was. Day 5 tonight!

I have two pound weights and thought maybe I was being a wimp. But will keep at it tonight. after this 30 days maybe I will get some heavier weights. I think my knees are sore because of the exercising and jumping and my weight probably does not help any either. But this time I am determined to lose weight and keep at this.
