I log it. I log everything I put I my mouth so why not any activity I do outside of my daily burn.

I love Greek yogurt with a little granola or cereal mixed in. High protein, sweet, crunch! :) I do the 100 calorie and budget for it!

I found that after I got past the first 4 days of low carbs it was easier for me not to miss them so much. When I crave sweets...I eat fruit. Plums have been especially useful to me because they are relative low calorie. Also helps for me to consume 30 + grams of protein early in the morning (no or low carbs!) to help fill…
