I've been getting up early to do the recovery workouts and then I did kickboxing last night. I actually added bonus abs as well because I still had energy, and that is my weakest area.

This is another one that I started and wasn't able to finish.

I started reading "The Lovely Bones" because it was recommended by a good friend. Hated it and never finished. I also didn't finished "Eat, Pray, Love." I felt like all she did was whine about her life, and I just couldn't take it any longer. I had a difficult time with "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" at first. I…

I switch between five and eight pounds, depending on the exercise. I always try to do the first set with the eight lbs, but I sometimes fall back to the five pounds for the second set.

I was actually able to get up at 5:00 this morning and do the upper body recovery before work. I will do the upper body xtreme after work. I was getting both workouts in at night, but it was difficult. I hope that I can continue this trend throughout the rest of the challenge.

Arms were a bit sore today, but I did up my weights to 8 lbs so I expected that. It's a great feeling though! Ended up doing 3.5 miles on the treadmill today and walked the dog another 2 miles. I've done week 2 before, and it was a killer so hang in there this week everyone! YES WE CAN!!

This is my favorite trainer, and she just posted these exercises yesterday. I'm sure you could use a soup can or something in place of the weight for the one exercise. http://www.howdini.com/howdini-video-6676049.html

I just learned about weighted gloves earlier this week. My mission this weekend is to find a pair. I've been doing the kickboxing since November, and although I love it, I'm excited to step it up a notch with the gloves.

I am 5'1 and am currently at 134 lbs. My goal right now is 120 lbs, but I will reevaluate that once I get there. I am currently a size 8 and would like to get down to a size 6.

Personally, I am not a fan of yoga. The first time I did this a couple of weeks ago, I hated it. The next week I did it again, and it was a little bit better. I'm hoping tonight will be even better again. I like the bigger burn, sweat dripping workouts better but I'm starting to understand the need for this as well. We…

I'm glad I found you all. Thanks for setting this up. I, too, found the FB group to be completely overwhelming. Too many notifications, had to turn them off. But I do like the accountability of doing this challenge with a group!

My daily diet Pepsi. I have cut back but I won't give it up completely. And a little bit of dark chocolate each day. I find a little bit of good chocolate goes a long way for me

I wear a HRM and have been doing these workouts since December. Day 1 - 426 calories burned Day 2 - 333 calories burned I love the kickboxing. I saw on FB that some people, including Chris, are using weighted gloves. I am going to look for those this weekend. I am dreading tonight's workout. The lower body extreme is…

bump - sounds so yummy and easy.

Wow, some people can be so harsh. You've had a great start, and I agree with some of the other posters - baby steps. If you try to change everything at once, you may get too discouraged. I would agree that calories are most important, but I try to watch my sodium also. Too much sodium can lead to water retention and high…

I've been using this one since early summer. Love it!! Even took it on vacation with me since we were in a cabin and cooked all of our meals. http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Precision-Digital-Kitchen-Silver/dp/B001N07KUE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1326829459&sr=8-1

Walked 3 miles in 46 minutes today! Unseasonably warm weather but we have a winter snow warning beginning at 10:00 this evening through Tuesday afternoon. Looks like I might be back to the DVDs tomorrow. Happy New Year everyone!

I love this challenge idea. I've gotten lax about my exercise over the holidays. I already recommitted to myself to start exercising again in January, so this will be a great motivator!
-
Congratulations!!! I'm doing the happy dance for you

Her numbers calculate to 20 servings - one biscuit per serving.

My doctors have always insisted that I take the name brand Synthroid as well for the reason stated above.
-
I've been on Synthroid for 11 years now. I don't remember ever having negative side effects. I know that once my dosage was regulated, I felt like a different person, in a good way. Good luck!

I currently have a Droid and love CardioTracker to track my distance, speed, time, etc. when I walk or jog. BUT - I ordered an iPhone yesterday and can't wait to start using some of these other apps.

Congratulations!!! You should be so proud of yourself. I was on week 7, day 2 when I sprained my ankle in October. But I can honestly say that during those seven weeks, I continued to surprise myself. My ankle is finally almost at 100% two months later and I can't wait to start again. Way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
