I have cankles. They are hereditary for me - both of my skinny younger sisters have them too (just not as bad). My ankle is 9.5; calf is 15. I rarely wear anything that shows my legs because I am so self conscious about them. I have worn jeans to the beach in the summer. I once got stuck in a pair of wide-calf boots at DSW…

I am pretty much eating a bucket of fage 0% greek yogurt mixed with pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and a little bit of torani sugar free pumpkin pie syrup (you could easily substitute sugar, truvia, agave, honey, etc). 257 cals, 38g protein, 8g fiber Keeps me full for ages! If I just feel like munching on something, I eat air…

I just had knee surgery so I am in the same boat! I made my husband take most of our junk food to work with him; I can't get myself to the grocery store, so those foods aren't options anymore. You could also maybe have someone put unhealthy foods on higher shelves where you can't reach, so they are harder to get to. I have…

My go-to is pumpkin greek yogurt - I mix 1 cup of Fage 0% greek yogurt, 1/2 cup Trader Joe's canned pumpkin, and flavor with some pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and Truvia. It's super delicious! It comes up to about 186cal, 25g protein, 5g fiber, 25g carbs, 0g fat.

We had a mini family reunion/picnic one summer at my parents house, and I was packing up a to-go dessert plate for my BFF and her husband to bring home with them. With a horrified expression on her face, my dear old grandmother looked at the plate of cookies and brownies, looked at me, and exclaimed "DON'T EAT THAT! YOU'RE…

F that B!! You look fabulous and she is just jealous.

I've been taking them for a few months; my doctor recommended them for my knee problems. I bought a giant bottle of them at Costco, and there are 10 cals in 2 pills which I record. I haven't noticed any weight gain as a result of the pills.

If I am working out after work or school, I leave it on. If I am just waking up, I don't put anything on. Maybe some chapstick.

Arugula with crumbled center cut bacon (25cal/slice), cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and a poached egg. OR arugula, watermelon, and feta, drizzled with reduced balsamic and flavored with a twist or 2 of fresh ground black pepper.

I put it in my quinoa....For 1 serving: saute some finely chopped onion or shallots and garlic in a little olive oil, after a couple of minutes add 1/4 cup quinoa to toast for a few minutes. Splash in some white wine, sprinkle in a few red pepper flakes, and then add 1/2 cup of low-sodium chicken broth. Cover and cook over…

I found a jalapeno greek yogurt dip there last week that I am in love with. It is great with veggies! I love buying huge containers of fruits and veggies from Costco - they discourage me from eating junk, because I am too cheap to let the healthy food go bad. I also found these freeze-dried coconut chunks that are super…

Raw veggies (carrots, celery, sugar snap peas, bell peppers, etc) dipped in greek yogurt dip! I bought an awesome jalapeno yogurt dip at Costco; there are also some pretty good ones at Kroger and Trader Joe's. Or you could make your own - just take plain greek yogurt and either mix in some powdered french onion mix or…

Was there a lot of salt on your veggies? I ate some "light" popcorn at the movies that was so salty it hurt my lips, and I woke up 5lb heavier the next morning due to water weight. Drink a ton of water, take a poo, get some sleep, and weigh yourself again first thing in the morning.

I am normally an all-or-nothing kind of gal. When I do have some sort of treat or trigger food in the house, I put it in the the back of the cabinet over my fridge. If I want some, I have to drag a chair over, climb up and use my big pasta spork thing to pull it to the front, take out one piece, place the scrumptious…

I try to watch my sodium as well; my diary is open if you want to check it out. Here are a few random things I do: It helps to try to eat foods that are less processed, and I've stopped adding salt. I think salt substitutes taste terrible, so I try to use lemon, lime, hot pepper, and salt-free Mrs. Dash seasonings to add…
