Are you eating enough? You should be netting at least 1200 calories a day. Maybe try foods that are more filling but lower calorie, like lettuce, raw veggies, air popped popcorn, etc.

Whether you decide to eat your exercise calories back or not is up to you (some people feel very strongly one way or the other), but MFP is designed for you toeat them on top of your regular calories. So, if MFP gives you 1500 and you burn 200, you get to eat 1700!

Pretty much everything junk-y. I just cleaned out my cabinets and brought all of the temptation foods (raffaelos, cadbury mini eggs, pralines, oreos) into work. Fortunately I work with a bunch of men who are pretty much vacuum cleaners. Temptation gone!!!

I'm 5'3.5" and currently weigh 138. I was down to 125 last summer and still wasn't happy with how I looked; I am veeerrryyy bottom heavy. My new goal is 120 and I think that it would be maintainable.
