  • @Kathryn247 I'm hoping this works. I just got my Blaze and I can't get MFP to show my steps at all and I've done everything in this post except that. I have a LG G5 as well. thanks
  • Eat smart... eat slowly and really take notice on how full you are. I would eat all my food because it was there and I paid for it but it does make a NICE lunch the next day! little filet on a salad. YUM! That's my suggestion... =) Most of all, ENJOY. =)
  • I Am... 5'5" and I have a 131lb lean mass so I'm thinking I may get to about 155..(for me thats about 18% body fat or lower). SW:234 SW with MFP: 180 CW: 159 GW: 155 Currently in a size 6 pants and small top so I'm not sure I want ot get much smaller, I'm probably going to start hitting more weights for toneing and cutting.
  • I'm a fellow chocoholic! this definitly makes you think about what you put in your body. That said, I still eat chocolate, I just plan it out a little better or don't have something else so my calories balance out. I also don't eat as much because this little gaget tells me how many calories are in everything thing...…
