All in all I have kept up with the shred. Couple of days off as away for the weekend but overall pleased. I have lost 3 pounds. Not a lot but i have been trying for ages and was stuck. Really need to keep motivated.

I have now done three days. I ache but must keep it up. Saturday and Sunday will be my hardest days as at a wedding Saturday and staying over. I will have to get up early Saturday am and do before i go and then when I come back on Sunday. AHHHHHH. Good luck everyone.

Hi I'm 160 and want to be 138. I will have a go but have been watching what I eat and training at the gym with no change. What day is the weigh in?? I have done day 1 on Monday 15th. 29 to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
