I have Hashimotos and Pcos. I just finished a 6 week challenge and lost 20.2lbs. It can be done. I won't lie it was hard. Definitely worth all the sweat and cravings. I still would like to lose another 40-50lbs. Best of luck to you!

Try eating more often. I only eat 1 carb per day and I make sure that it isn't my last meal of the day. I eat every 3 hours up until I go to bed. I try to reduce my sugar intake. I'm allowing myself 1 cheat meal a week. Best of luck to you!

Yes you can! I've lost 20lbs over 6 weeks by adding protein powder into my diet. I eat every 3 hours. 2 of my meals are protien powder. I make sure my protien powder isn't high in carbs and sugars. Best of luck to you!

I am a social drinker. Love beer and whiskey. I notice that I get VERY bloated and retain a TON of water if I drink a lot. I don't even weigh myself after a night of drinking. I just set a goal to not drink until 2/2. Ill keep you posted on the effects of weight loss.

I weigh twice a day, but only log the morning. My weight changes depending on so many factors!

Glad so many people are looking for support. I've come to realize that when your losing weight your going to screw up. If I can tell my kids no I should be able to do the same when it comes to food!!!

What I have learned over the past 10 years is, be happy with any amount of weight loss! When I would set weight loss goals per month I would beat myself up if I didn't lose the right amount.
