No. Not me! But it sounds like a great day for people who do celebrate it. Lol

My maintenance is 1580 when I do not work out. So the days I am just a slug with Netflix that is all I can eat. I haven't really tried it but that is what several calculators have me at or near. I am at 1500 now so we will see what happens this week. When i exercise 3 times a week, I bump myself up to 1700-1800. Fitbit…

When I was losing, I may have burned 2400 calories a day, but fitbit only let me eat 1700 or so of those and that pretty much equaled what mfp said once mfp added exercise. It was always pretty accurate for me.

I do 125 was the low end. As long as I stay between 125-130 I'm good. But as of yesterday I was down to123.6. I am guessing I should maybe try and increase calories by 400 this week?

Then don't worry about it! Holidays will happen. Enjoy yourself. It's just one day! :-)

One day won't make you gain fat. You may have some extra water weight for a day or two but it will subside. You plan to do this for life, right? You're going to have days where you enjoy yourself and go over. Just log it, and move on.

5'2 SW: 171 CW:123.6 GW: 125 When I was losing I ate about 1400 calories after exercise. My gross was always between 1700-1900 on exercise days. Now that I'm maintaining I gross 2200 calories on exercise days to make my net around 1800.

I use their nutritional info if they have it, or if not take the highest calorie info for something similar in the database.

This picture was taken last week. 171.2 to 124.8. 45lbs lost.

You look amazing, op!! Here is mine! Starting weight was 171.2 current weight is 124. Goal was 125 but I'm still trying to figure out maintenance.

I have a sp account. I stopped using it a week after I signed up. I prefer mfp. It's easier to work with, imo
-
It's been accurate for me. My heart rate calories burned and the fitbit exercise calories are nearly identical to each other.

Awesome! Thank you!!

It was about 5 months in for me. That's when I decided to ditch the belt and see what size I was in. I went from a 14 to a 10 and those 10s made it pop. Now I am in. 4-6. I went from xl shirts to small And from a 36c to a 32B bra.

I do more cardio because I love running and am training to run the okc marathon in April 2016. So my focus is on that, but I strength train on opposite days I don't run.

I'm a overachiever. I get 20k steps 4-5 days a week. By the time I take my kids to practice I have about 5 miles because I run 3-5 miles 3-4 days a week, and walk 2-3 miles on opposite days, then while my kids are out there soccer-ing, I'm walking to kill time. Two times around the complex is 1 mile. So by the time they're…

My fitbit is extremely close to my estimated tdee at the end of the day, yes.

I have this problem I went from 171.2lbs to 124.8lbs. My goal was 125. So yay I met it..but people who haven't seen me as I have progressed will say I look too thin. I am 5'2 and 124.8 is a perfect spot to be for someone my height. People are so nosey when it comes to people's weight, when they are smaller. No one really…

I like cheese sticks and different variety of nuts. Also cutting bell peppers into strips with some hummus as a dip is really good. I also like peanut butter on celery, which isn't that low calorie, but I like it!

when you use MFP, you are suppose to. The calorie goal it sets for you is not based on any exercise, it set for you as if you were doing none. So if you do exercise you are suppose to account for those burns and that is why it gets added to your calories you can eat. If you use another method, like TDEE, your workouts are…
-
yes you need to raise your calorie goal and reduce the amount of weight per week to lose. 0.5lbs or less is ideal.

Google skinnytaste Chinese. She has one but for the life of me I can't remember what she called it. It was pretty good.
-
if you're walking 5-9 miles a day, even if it is just 3 days a week it is most definitely exercise. that is a lot of walking.

5'2 SW:171.2 GW:125 CW:124.4 I am trying to maintain but I keep losing, haven't found my sweet spot yet.
-
Yes I'm that one! I can't wait to see his face. I love how I look now! Thank you!!
-
I prelog before I eat. This way I know ahead of time if I can do two servings or spring for that cheesecake. :-)
-
First full day in maintenance!

I'm all over the place too. Some weeks I can get 5 60 minute workouts in, and others I'm lucky to get 3.
