Nope, but are you eating a healthy balanced diet? Go see the Dr if its bad you may have some sort of infection or condition.

If im ill, then my priority is ti get better as soon as possible which means looking after yourself. Theres no reason to go off the rails, the moderation still applies, but I also regard eating seomthing as better than nothing, so ill eat what i want within reason. When ill most people tend to eat less. It sounds more like…

Well done you. It gets easier or should I say familiar. keep some attendance/ performance record and you cna chart your progress which will give you cobfidence.

As they have all pointed out, eating more than you think which undermines your whole expectation. the refusal to do exercise is extraordinary considering your age and its importance to our general health. Your choice though.

Thast all very well OP, but id sugest you start just by loging your food accurately with no calorific limit. That wukk teach you how to log acurately the key skill in calorie counting and help you understand about what you consume.

GJ, but please bear in mind people can lose a lot of water weight at first and the less you have to lose then the slower it becomes. Patience and being realistic will stand you in good stead.

Another aspect and one way to look at it is people are pointing out its a quick fix, is unlikely to work because they want you to succeed long term, which is done via knowledge and a change in lifestyle. Add to this the diet industry is full of scammers looking for money and preying on the those who want to lose weight.

Learn your trigger factors and control them. I cant believe that wont have a significant effect on frequency and severity. Loads of downloadable information here http://www.migrainetrust.org/factsheets

Im with all the people who say do it and do the best you can. No reason to panic or start letting your mind make excuses. Start off with the idea that you are doing it and you will finish, even if its a six hour walk and then work backwards that your time will improve on that. Be consistent in training. Good luck and enjoy.

Depends how much im burning, whether im hungry. I prefer not to run large deficits.

Ive had them for 30+ years. id say since controlling what I eat and staying hydrated has helped me avoid some trigger factors. I have much fewer migraines these days. At my worst i was about 2-3 a week. Never heard of the hemiplegic ones, just read up on them. How often do you get migraines? Upir first line and most…

I am not a coffee drinker, however i do use caffeine when I need soemthing to perk me up. The daily recommended limit is 400mg per day. the more you use it the more you adjust to it. I might have 100mg which is 1 cup of coffees worth. the workout is 100% mine.

What people (people who have lost weight) are telling you isnt registering. This site has a policy of not promoting quick fixes. What sort of information do you want? http://lmgtfy.com/?q=slim+fix+

The DM as a source of advice and guidance? If they get everyone to respond and buy one of their prodyct then they make millions even when people reliase it doesnt work. Thats the diet industry for you, preying on the gullible and desperate.

You ahve been eating more thna you think and burning less. Whilst its admirable you wnat to get your life back on track, cut yourself some slack and dont lay heavy expectations on yourself. Weight loss is about creating consistent deficits. Feeling like you should have lost 10lbs would mean youd need to have created a min…

Ok I had a look at what it is, its some sort of appetite supressant that works by absorbing water and expanding in your stomach to give you the feeling of satiety. I looked at this article https://uk.lifestyle.yahoo.com/blogs/icymi/slim-fizz-s--gastric-band-in-a-glass----does-it-work-and-should-we-be-wary-092022423.html…

This +1. Stop looking for quick fixes and realise the most successful weight losers are those who can eat at a consistent calorific deficit and then in the long term moderate their eaing into a lifestyle change because they understand about how much to eat, what to eat and do a bit of exercise. The name sounds stupid dont…

Please spend some time understanding why you need to keep restarting otherwise you will just repeat yourself. Learn how weight loss works. Prepare properly. Be realistic. Commit. I wouldnt start without a game plan and making sure I knew what I was doing. If your reasons are known to you then thats good because they are…

Youll be fine as long as you have the right mindset, which has been covered above. 1. People are interested in themselves not you. 2. You know why you are there. 3. When you start its more about learning where you are and learning what to do so be patient and expect yourself to struggle a bit, thats just where you are and…

If youve made 100+ posts then surely you know what peoples opinions on MFP are towards cleanses and detoxes plus why? What alat said.

Theres a saying which is . Injury is the #1 thing to avoid becayse it takes you out of exercise and can be for weeks/months. You need to know the difference between slight discomfort and actual pain, your description sounds significant and your response of powering through for some target is the way you injure yourself. I…

What a shame but its not uncommon for people to regain. I do think you need to change your way of thinking and examine what went wrong so you cna avoid it in your next and only journey. Weight loss is less about eating healthy but more about moderating the amount you eat to be in consistent deficit. You will need to…

Because people dont think and prefer the personal touch. Its easier if the responders do all the work. Btw thats a general comment and nothing to do with the OP. If people on general read up on the respective areas and prepared, then they be able to answer many of their owb questions as well as avoid lots of frustration.…

Its hardly surprising that entries entered by users can often be inaccurate, so as others have said dont use it , eneter your own or just edit the version. It annoys me when I find them to be inaccurate as well as incomplete becayse im one of those people who believe if you are going to enter something then you have a duty…

Lovely story it made me smile. Not sure rewards worked for me. I did have a takeaway once when I hit a certain weight lost as a kind of reward, but hate to sound cliched the progress and having lost the weight is reward enough for me. Youll find you have more confidence and you feel a bit happier about your efforts as you…

I would just add in 40 mins you might have burned 300 calories if you had reasonable continuous intensity. Its 3500 calories for 1lb. It takes a lot of exercise to burn significant calories. As people have pointed out its no a straight line process and you need to be realistic.
