what they all said find soemthing that involves movement which you cna put up with, it doesnt have to be the gym. Have you worked out what it is about the gym that makes you dislike it? Find that out and then you will be closer to your solution.

You didnt gain your weight by eating at a deficit. Just because you eat low calorie foods sint a gauarantee of whether you are at deficit or surplus. Im not really sure you get the whole way cico and nutrition work.

Id go with the dont sweat one days results, dont draw conclusions from just a weeks data. Tbh it was hard understanding what you wanted to say or your point. I dont really watch them. I did happen to see supersize me and laughed at the bit with detoxing. They are interesting, but I think i can sort fact from fiction. It does draw attention to eating a balanced diet and the problem of obesity though. I did fancy the idea of eating a lot of McDs without the calorie limitation.

Obviously your idea isnt good enough as the results show. just tighten your logging to give you the max chance of being at deficit. Exercise helps as well and can be more influential the more you do. It does take a lot to burn calories, but it shouldnt be ruled out or belittled in the contribution it cna make.

whatever works for you, but just prepare your mind for the eventuality that the number is now what you had hoped for at the end. Know how to deal with that. Will you be using other performance measures such as exercise and tape measure?

Be calm and dont stress, it will just take a bit longer. Walking or swimming would be my suggestion, but gentle low impact execises at home can get you moving. What they all said about muscle adaption as opposed to gaining muscle and the suggested programs. Personally i'd balance that off with cardio, but its up to you. Try and find some that you enjoy if gym cardio isnt your thing.

Im always amazed by how few calories ice cream has in it compared to other things. Id switch down to frozen yoghurt. Sometimes people ry to mimic real food and for me it goes too far and id have the real thing just less of it or if I had to exercise more.

Agree she should oook at her options and treatment, but then weigh that up against other optons or activities that may give her the same enjoyment or results. If shes indifferent as to whether she runs, its more the cardio burn she wants, then no harm at looking at other forms of exercise.

Because your not being patient and you arent at consistent deficit. review your logging and the accuracy of your deficit creation.

Dont worry too much about macros, focus primarily on your deficit. Make sure you arent deficient in things like fibre 18g+ per day and protein a min of 46g the rest will take care of itself, especially if you eat a balanced diet.
