Debi! 4 miles is amazing!!! My longest straight is 2, but have done 5ks and had to walk some. I have a 4.5 mile race the end of next month. YOU ROCK!

I am now back up to 211.8 =( Been struggling to find the motivation to get my butt back in gear! Lets do this!!!! I am 24 and 5'6".
