Ive done IF before and honestly I just liked how I felt and it made it easier to stay within my calories since essentially I'm now only eating 2 meals. I felt like I had more energy, which was strange since I didn't have anything to "wake me up" in the morning. I am going to try to go back to IF starting tomorrow along…

I'm starting keto tomorrow to try along with Intermittent fasting. I have done IF before for a few weeks... at first a little trickier, but then I honestly felt better and it was so much easier to stay within calories/healthy eating.

amazing work! how incredible you must feel about yourself. I had previously lost 30 lbs (271 to 241), still by no means was I thin, but I remember how good I felt physically and most importantly mentally. Unfortunately I am back at 271 =[ and miss where my head use to be at. Keep up the good work. definitely will be bad…
