Hi There! I too have been having a hard time with 1200 calories after I work out. I talked to my dietitian a few weeks back this is what she told me... I hope it helps. PROTEIN----60-80 grams you cant eat too much.. Fluid48-64oz--jello, ice, popsicles, and yogert count as fluids..or more 3 regular meals and 2 snacks 5…

Fresh fruit and veggies..I eat tons of carrots cut up..Yogurt is good for you too.

This is what my nutritionist told me Protein 60-80 Grams a day Fluids 48-64 oz a day NO more than per serving with the following.. total fat,sugar, and no more than 300 mg sodium per serving.... Going over in fiber will NOT cause harm,,,if you CANT poo than you had to much. Hope this helps....If you have any more questions…

I badly sprained my foot in January this year and there are things I still cant do. Doc told me it may never heal 100%.. When working out I do what I can and stop when it bothers me. I cant walk too much due to the pain and swelling... Wish there was something that would fix our foot issue... I also wear high top sneakers…

When TOM comes to see me I gain up to 8lbs..:sad: 1st time I saw that I was bummed bad....When TOM left the 8lbs went away too.:wink:

I too wait a few hours before I eat. Id rather go without eating until lunch...

My son took it a few years back and he did loose a ton of weight. Maybe you need a higher dose..
