isn't the whole point of myfitnesspal to make shure that you're not horribly *kitten* up your diet?

On a bulk: once a week at most. i simply subtract 500cals from my goal and get a burger and a cookie or something like that (even if that is like 800cals - the 300cals don't make a huge difference since i workout a lot and my caloric need is pretty high to begin with) and i always have it after i've trained my weak point…

Honestly people who think you can't eat candy and still maintain 10% bodyfat (which is good looking in the eyes of most people and means that you have a visible sixpack) need to pack on some muscle. i can lean bulk on 3500cals - and i don't have an insane metabolism. which is enoug for a clean bodybuilding diet with a…

A nightmare on Elm street (whole series) Trick R Treat (seen it once on TV on halloween and i have to watch it every year. love this movie) Halloween Sinister The conjuring can't wait to see All Hallow's Eve and Trick R Treat this Halloween.

i usually go for 100g of kelloggs with 0.1% milk. on a cut maybe 2eggwhites 2whole eggs with some basil, oregano, veggies, sri racha and a cup of oats with some blueberries on the side.

i would simply go for a certain amount of calories and see how your body reacts and ignore the excercise calories on my fitness pal. For example use the iifym calculator to figure out a starting point. try this caloric intake. do you gain/lose weight? if not change the calories accordingly. Also: stick to a routine. if you…

I had a cold a week ago and i went to the gym. my strength was so bad. my warmup on deads was my max. So i decided to do cardio. afterwards i was really tired but i felt that the sweating helped me getting better, even tho a trainer said it was plain stupid what i did. but i felt so much better after the cardio and on the…

it depends on metabolism, activity and muscle mass. When i started lifting i was fat and could eat very little calories without gaining fat. i was cutting on about 1400cals a day. now my maintenance is somewhere around 3200. What i changed? i've gained a lot of muscle mass and i work out every day.
-
you look really great now, keep up the good work. I know the highs and lows of such a change pretty well myself went from 6'0 35% bodyfat weak as *kitten* to 190 pretty muscular and going for my next cut to 175 ripped to shreds. and i can tell you living this healthy lifestyle was by far the best change of my whole life.
-
if you are working out and you want to keep your muscle always go with your maintenance - 300-500cals. For most people 1200 is ridiculous because they lose weight and start gaining a lot back when they eat semi normal after.

overtraining = undereating

3-5 cups every day.

enjoy your skinny physique.

my goal is more important than the weather. How can anyone who is lazy during autumn/winter expect to look good in summer. you don't build a good physique in a few months.
-
i have one cheat meal a week. usually a burger, some asian noodles, a sandwich or something like that and on this day i simply eat 500cals less (on a bulk that is). even if the meal is 700 i don't go over my goal to much and since i'm working out every day it does not make a real difference. On the other 6 days i eat very…

What's the problem with people not running? There are a lot of people out there who don't run and stay sub 10% bodyfat. if their diet is on point it's no big deal.

a smoothie of 100g frozen banana with one scoop of whey protein (30g, using scitec whey chocolate) with one cop of coffee and 50ml of 0.1% fat milk and 3 ice cubes. tastes like a drink you could buy from starbucks but with obviously a lot less calories. cottage cheese with fruits a salad with pineapple, chicken or…

If you have two problems, one of them should not be an excuse to ignore the other. If you are really to busy simply eat very healthy without counting every little bit. but not giving a **** for a few months will make your weight problem even bigger.
-
the problem is that you are trying to eat very calorie dense food on a low calorie diet, which is simply retarded. try to eat stuff with low calories where you can eat a lot, without getting to many calories in. if i can get full on 2000 calories as190lb male who works out hard 7 days a week with daily cardio ontop of that…
-
true. the problem is that a lot of people want to eat the same food on a cut then they eat on a bulk only in smaller quantities, which simply does not keep them full.
-
do y'all even check her diary?
-
no. if you are hitting your macros at the end of the day it does not matter. unless obviously the lack of breakfast is affecting your work negatively. but from a purely weight loss/health standpoint it is fine.
-
You don't need a doctor or chemist to check your bmi, it's nothing medical you are eating too much. i've checked your diary it does not look like you are even trying to get in a caloric deficit. you are making poor food choices, and you constantly overeat. Also why are you changing your daily goal every day? you should set…

On my cut i go for a big bowl of salad with pineaplle and balsamico dressing. low in calories, i like it a lot and it keeps me full.
-
maybe because medicine actually works instead of changing your levels by a minimum which doesn't matter at the end of the day. if it's something medical you should not treat it with over the counter supplements. Also i hope you are not using PHs (pro hormones) even if they are legal they are worse than actual oral steroids.
-
it's still about calories in vs calories out. also if you are serious into lifting good luck keeping your muscle on a low carb diet (if you are natural atleast)
-
how the **** do you eat less than 3k when you are lifting weights?
-
i buy bags of prepared salads (no dressing/meat/cheese or anything just a mix of cut up salad leaves) and i eat it with chicken + corn/pineapple. sometimes only pineapple if i had too much protein (occasionally i break 300g before my last meal). For the dressing i use a balsamico dressing by knorr which is low in calories,…

any reason why you train delts on thursday and Saturday. (more than chest and back) also: No heavy barbell squats? They are by far the best exercise for legs/butt. If you want to look cut and lift heavy 3 times a week i would honestly recommend the "icecreamfitness novice 5x5" basically this routine is all about heavy low…
