Thank you all for this support, WAW. really struggled yesterday , so wanting to snack !!!!!! tried really hard but ended up eating extra sandwiches, at least it was not chocolate or crips!!!! cannot wait till wednesday! first weigh in and med .results will be revealed! again many thanks for all your support!
