  • Hello! I am new as well- Just started about a week ago! So far I really like it, I just hope I can stick to counting everything! I have the app and I use the computer version too! Its really helpful I update my food as I am preparing it! Good luck :)

  • Hello! I am new as well, my sister has been on for over a month and I finally looked into it. With the greek yogurt...a very helpful simple tip is add one splenda packet! It makes it have a sweeter flavor so it isnt so bland and mixing it with fruit is a great idea as well!
  • My favorite low-cal snack is a medium tomato cubed with a low fat string cheese also cubed, a litte basil and garlic and its under 100 calories! Its cheap too! I also use a very small amount of Kens Light Northern Italian dressing, maybe 1/2 a tablespoon?
