I think you did a great job of articulating how you feel, what you want to accomplish and that you have some very doable goals. I don't know about the MFP rules about age but if that is the case you can still follow a healthy eating plan, count calories, workout and track calories in/calories out which is what it really is…

I've found Yoga to be very helpful for my Fibromyalgia, also. Some movements I've had to modify but I still get a good benefit from doing them.

Great answer, kkimpel. I agree, I've found that a treat now and then can fit in very nicely with a healthy eating plan and while not exceeding your total calorie allotment for the day I find that I continue to lose. Even when it exceeds your total calories for the day it's not a problem for one day...as another poster…
