  • Power walking worked wonders for me!. I go out for around an hour every morning, and work up quite a pace! (I use Map My Fitness to monitor my speed, and hit around 5-5.5mph). I've had reductions on my thighs, - not totally, Karen Janine is right, you can't spot reduce but I feel a lot more toned. Good luck!
