I find that if I eat lots of carbs or salt i'll gain. I wouldn't be worrying to much about a few pounds though.

I weigh myself every day, I like the reasuance that I didn't gain 10kg over night :laugh: I only record my weight on Saturday's and that is the only number I concern my self with, daily weights will always fluctuate depending on food, water consumption and tom for the ladies :wink:

Try mixing it up! Different exercise, more/less/different cal intake. keep your body guessing, maybe it's got used to your routine.

Well Done! That's awesome, I have noticed that my portion sizes are much much smaller now. I absolutely feel full to which it such a win!

For lunch on a protein day I would have something like...Grilled chicken or Beef with a seasoning like Moroccan, I'd cook this and slice it up the night before.
