  • My mix is very eclectic but, I do have a lot of electronic music because it has a good beat. My playlist also includes a lot of classic rock. No bands on there more than others.

  • I completely understand I am originally from Texas and no matter where you go there is a smorgasbord. Even at local town events there was always some kind of cook-off (everyone wants you to sample their food) and Sundays were always lunch at Home Town Buffet.

  • I am on the other end. I realized how little I was putting in. It is hard to believe with that amount I am still this much overweight. Thanks to logging I am now getting the amount I need and it is making a difference.
