Me! A little about myself... 35... went through some hard times recently and gained a lot of weight. I’m studying for a few exams at present. I would like to have a ‘new’ body to go with my new found self!!! Need to drop approximately 20 lb. Workout plan: C25K thrice a week and some body weight workouts for the other days.…

That’s a great suggestion! On so many days I’ve just not worked out at all because I didn’t have the time or the energy to complete a ‘full workout ‘ that I used to do earlier. Maybe I just need to be consistent... and have realistic expectations. Do a little everyday... every step counts

Had to give up my job recently. Now I just sit at home all day ...Bored and snacking in front of the TV!!!! I've put on 4 pounds! Need to get back into shape! Need some motivation! Logging into MFP is my first big step!

Went ahead and bought this gorgeous dress which is one size smaller than what I usually wear..... and cut off the tags already!!!!! Hopefully it will motivate me to stick to my weight loss plan!!!!!

Sometimes when I just cant get " food" out of my head, I just drink some warm water with lime and maybe a teaspoon of honey. Seems to suppress my appetite. Makes me happy because I didnt give in and actually eat anything. Rewarding.

It's so motivating to know that so many of you have actually managed to finish the 30 day challenge!!!! I tried.... guess it needs some baseline fitness to actually be able to do the workout. I gave up on it.......... maybe I should try again.
