I just started last week and have seen some results already. So there's some motivation. But I know me and how I sometimes don't feel like exercising after a long day. Would love to have some support so I can see this through to the end. Feel free to add me if you're in the same boat ☺

Count me in. I'm currently in the middle of my first round but I'm planning to do it for two months and it'd be great to have some support. So far the results are great for the small time commitment.

I tried the shred a few months ago and did not have noticeable physical results even though I was monitoring my eating. I did feel great from exercising but the lack of results was disappointing.
