Very happily married. No nagging, can do whatever I want to with no complaining at all, I married an absolute diamond! My wifes MFP account http://www.myfitnesspal.com/profile/lilmisslaracroft

I am heavily tattooed & motivated, but all my ink looks like prison ink (which it is not though) & definitely not worth posting!

A physiotherapist will tell you to keep active and moving, else it will stiffen up. Unless you have been diagnosed with something that is more than just a strain, Just do light exercise and gradually build up as you feel better. Instead of using Google, see a Doctor.

Awesome!!!! Don't let yourself slip though as easier to slip than it is to keep it off!

PHD bars & Sci-MX taste the best IMHO. If you can only eat half of one, save the other half for a couple of hours later.

Leicester at present. Add me if you wish.

I am cutting 8 kilo at moment, but mainly aiming at body fat percentage over actual weight. Need to be able to see my abdominals again - it has been a LONG time since I last saw them lol
-
Alcohol!!!! Weekends used to mean a few drinks, but since cutting alcohol out of my diet other than special occasions, I feel much better in myself for it. I have also cut right back on soft drinks other than water as well, which make me feel a lot less bloated.

It might be the case until you get married, then it becomes almost non-existant!!!! LOL

Same as running at around 7mph for same time to be safe with regards to calories remaining.

I will be happy with 2 kilos of body fat loss for April.

Turkey seasoned with smoked sea sat, cracked black pepper & thyme is one of my "Go To" recipes or a trimmed piece of sirloin steak or slow roasted/bbq'd brisket.

Instead of going on what the scales tell you, believe what the mirror shows and invest in a body composition meter. Other people do not see weight only what is visible. Get the body fat percentage down and you will soon ignore what the scales say. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you could be exercising, healthy muscle…

The problem is refined SUGARS! Cut the sugars right down, and you will use more body fat.

Emergen-C Vitamin powder (in morning) Solgar 7 Joint & Mobility Support Capsules Solgar Whey2Go Protein Powder BCAA Capsules (3:1:1 ratio) Various protein bars depending on what macro's I have remaining at night. Lots of water!!!!!

What is your body fat & lean mass percentages? Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat, and if you are now building muscle, it will be harder to lose weight, but the gains are from the body fat dropping. Muscle = good, fat = bad, weight = something the magazines talk about to make normal people feel bad!

Best advice is to listen to your body! Most people fail with gym routines at the start as they push too hard without listening to their body. If it hurts, take a rest, drink some water, slow down. Always STRETCH well before and after exercise. You will thank yourself for stretching the following day & lower the risk of…

I suffer with MS and I was told by a personal trainer to do cardio exercises sat down such as hand cycle, exercise bike, cross trainer (with seat), etc as they would help, but most importantly to STOP immediately if any pain started or got worse.

Always looking for support.

Just inform them that you are allergic to certain products & ask them to substitute where it would be possible. I am sure they would make an exception for you especially as they could end up on a law suit if they didn't.

I have put on 8 kilos in the past 5 months due to ill health & I hate it!! Would rather have trouble breathing & be in absolute agony with my nervous system than have to buy complete new wardrobe for second time in a year!!!
-
Not just MFP that over estimates! I have seen some exercise cycles claim over 1000 calories burnt for an hour use! My elliptical trainer only shows 220 calories at 110 pulse for half hour at 25KPH! I would always urge on the lower figure & eat less to be certain!

I recently had a nervous breakdown (9 weeks ago) and my Doc tried me on the "happy pills" which done absolutely nothing other than make me feel worse and very short tempered!! I asked him to prescribe me to the gym (so I didn't have to pay the fees - not silly me!!!), which he has done for 6 months and this is the only…

I am suffering from a similar thing. Started at the gym 8 weeks ago, and have lost 1KG!!! I do at least 60 minutes on elliptical x-trainer per day (average 14kmph). Body fat has dropped by 1% after completely changing my diet to eat healthily, cut out all processed & added sugars, using 40/40/20 macros (carb/pro/fat) as…

I gave up at the end of June this year and have not looked back. Best to just go completely cold turkey after a couple of days of using tobacco replacement products else you are just putting nicotine into the system as smoking a cigarette but without the actual smoke. It is the nicotine that you are trying to give up but…
