Started out so strong and after a week missed one workout and then completely quit. I'm starting again today though!

I was sick yesterday, so did my first day today. I couldn't do the side plank lift things properly at all either! But I'm hoping to incorporate this into an everyday thing indefinitely, so I think it will be best to just focus on potential for improvement instead of seeing anything as a failure. Great workout!

This is a completely normal and common symptom of detoxing, and I promise it will pass! Your body just needs to flush out the toxins you have been packing into it, and now it has the chance. Your skin is one of the main organs that will expel the toxins so this is totally expected.
