I dont think that i ever got into habits of eating right. I was active when i was little. Dancer and chucky when i was a teen. Wouldnt eat all day and then come home and gorge. Then i met my husband whom also has bad habits....we would let eachother side and go out to dinner. We are also both very frugal which is wonderful…

Thought that i would check in with everyone....i think that i am going to start an oahu group. I need a real commitment to MFP. Recently i have been having trouble motivating myself to log with shows on the scale since i am up 10lbs. Anyways let me know how everyone is doing and i will keep you posted on the group.

I would think that the gym would give you a free lesson. You just have to ask. I am also intimidated at the gym...part of the reason i dont belong to one yet :) You could also ask you friend to go with you the first time and do her routine.
