Think about you walking around with 50 extra lbs hanging from your body. The stress and strain on your heart and how much WORK it was to get it off. 50 lbs is an amzaing acheivement. Reset get back on here and log...its embarassing to log your binges but sometimes that what it takes. xoxoxo

My mini goals this week are getting to yoga, eating cleaner and getting back onto my elliptical at night. I need to lose the 10lbs that i have gained back since I went off that wagon a few months back. It sure comes back on easy :/ but i figure one day at a time good luck!

Aloha, I am 28. Been on MFP for a year lost almost 30 lbs recently fell off the wagon and gained 12 over the holidays. Need some good friends for motivation. Love yoga and walking on the beach. I also try to ride my bike regularly .

Nice and congrats..you are doing it the right way!! My weekend was great...dranks LOTS of water and stayed really close to calories. I also got some yoga and elliptical done! Looking forward to a sucessful week and some great numbers on my Friday weigh in :)

love this thread!! This is my MFP works...So you binge....you admit you messed up, restart the clock and get outside and get some exercise. Make better choices next time. We are addicts but unlike drug addicts we cant go with out food. So use the same matra "one day at a time...." lots of love! and thank you for sharing

I would stretch it will help alleviate some of those issues. Also pop a potassium pill in the morning. As we get older we need to take better care of ourselves.

Life is hard sometimes. I am sorry . If I was in your shoes I woukd try juicing daily and stop eating meat. I know it is drastic but your body needs to get enough healthy intake to heal ifself. Do some reading on juicing. If you have netflix watch fat sick and nearly dead. feel free to add me Xoxo Veronica

I dont think that i ever got into habits of eating right. I was active when i was little. Dancer and chucky when i was a teen. Wouldnt eat all day and then come home and gorge. Then i met my husband whom also has bad habits....we would let eachother side and go out to dinner. We are also both very frugal which is wonderful…
