starting tomorrow im doing two weeks (14 days straight) of strict dieting with absolutely no cheating. (follow your mfp calorie limit) who wants to do it with me?? first thing tomorrow morning post your current weight and we can support eachother by posting in here. in 14 days we will post exactly how much we lost and see who wins!! my goal is 5 pounds, whats yours??

    What do you mean by strict dieting and no cheating? What diet?

    What do you mean by strict dieting and no cheating? What diet?

    absolutely no unhealthy food (fried foods, sweets, etc) and no going over your calorie limit

    Ah. I already do that. Good luck, though. I'm not really into dieting. I do my best to eat well. Catch you in 2 weeks!

    I cheat everyday and it works...focus on exercise...just my opinion....bht look at my ticker....7.5months

    That's a bit too strict for me only because I can't really say what the circumstances of tomorrow will be. A friend might come over and we might decide to have a small treat or some family might come over etc etc. I like to eat as healthy as possible but I also like to just live a normal life and enjoy it as much as I can. If I become strict, I feel guilty if I can't stay strict and that's putting stress on my mind.

    Haha I was starting this today.

    No cheating

    No sugar, no take away. Only healthy food I have pre planned.

    The only downside is that my birthday is next Wednesday haha I plan on not even eating cake... :O

    Well im acually doing that and i started monday.i Walk in Morning on treadmill for 32 min and i walk outside for 15 in afternoon and at night i ride my bike for a hour its almost been 5 days and im doing great but i will do it with you i have a goal but i dont know how much i can lose in 2 weeks but im going to kick *kitten*....

    I do. But the only thing is that I beleive in eating something out of the diet once a week. In this way it is easier not to fail.
    I have a question. because I am relatively new to writing how is it that we are going to support each other?

    Sounds good. No cheating as in I log everything, I'll eat healthy and exercise, but I'm going out for drinks tomo. I've been looking forward to that all week :) we can support each other on this thread and by 'friending' each other so that we can see how everyone is doing.
